1. Materials

The common materials of making terminal blocks are PP polyethylene, PP polypropylene and PA Nylon-66.

The terminal blocks made of PP polyethylene are featured of good flexibility, transparency, extensibility, melting resistance and irradiation resistance, with the working temperature of -40℃ to 65℃.

And PP polypropylene terminal blocks have the advantages of anti-burning, low transparency, low  rigidity and good resistance to impact. They can work under the temperature from-20℃ to 90℃.

While the terminal blocks of PA Nylon-66 is with anti-fire level of 94V-2,  anti- burning, anti-melting, well anti-impact, under -30℃ to 110℃. The surfaces of brass or steel thread have a layer of electroplated zinc.
