Nylon Cable Ties

Our Nylon cable ties have good resistance to bases, chloride solvents, greases, oils, and oil derivatives . However, they have limited resistance to acids and are not resistant to phenols. The addition of carbon black in black cable ties improves their UV resistance.

We also set up the professional in house mold processing workshop. Including: Grinding Lines, CNC processing, WEDM-LS, Electrical pulse(Sparking/EDM), Wire Cutting, Some machines we use Swiss Brand, Most of mold we have updated to be hot runner design, with stable temperature during the production, less Runner gate.Every year around 100 sets molds to be updated. Mold, a critical contribution to cable ties quality.

We promise to our customer by using the raw material Dupond Brand from American, Ascend Brand from America. We refuse to use any Polyamide 6 for our cable ties, by using the mold of hot runner design. Our runner regrind material is to be lower than 20%. 

We use the central material mixing, drying, and feeding system. Every machine is to be supplied with same grade material. Every customer has the same quality from us.

In our three factory, we have totally 105 sets Machines. Machine size are from 170 tons to 1250 tons. Main brand is Haitian, FCS, We also test to use some Electrical machines. Also Japanese machine like JSW. All what we just like to bring our customers the best products. 

We go fully automatically plastic injection. Our people is packing the products into bags at the first time. We do our best to short the cycle time, by reducing the time of the material, staying in the machine screw barrel, sure could improve the production efficiency.

We are more flexible. We could support customer's brand. We could go with small MOQ for customers' Brand by bringing the best value to our customer, is what we are looking for. We invented the sealing machine and patent specially for cable ties. The machine has the function of Air-Out, Water injection, Sealing, Specially the machine is computer controlled.

We could go with the precise water amount for our cable ties. We even could adjust the moisture content per customer's request by fitting customer's and climate condition.

We have a pretty simple and short packaging line. After the bags to be sealed, It will be loaded into shipping box immediately.

Except cable ties, we do some cable ties accessories as well. 

Finished products will be transferred to warehouse for inspection, strapping and stocking for shipment preparing. Due to cable ties properties, We build a conditioned warehouse for stocking as well. We do suggest our customers to correct stock the products also.

Quality is the most important to us and to our customers, so we invested a lot to build a professional testing lab. The lab we got the approve by UL, based on standard of UL 62275.

We strictly control the quality by making a lot of testing, including the testing on the samples collected from Daily plastic injection lines, packaging lines. Our Lab current could make the testing of 100% comply with UL 62275 standard, IEC62275 standard, as well as EN 62275. Including the testing weather resistant. Operation temperature of minimum and Maximum. Minimum installation temperature  Type 1, Type 2, Type 11, Type 21(S), Plenum Rating, UL 94 testing, also our daily strength testing, insertion force testing, and moisture testing.
